Rebecca Owen RVN Senior Veterinary Nurse

Rebecca, aka Becks, has been working with Kernow Veterinary Group since July 1998, Becks completed her training in Cornwall and qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2004.

Becks conducts nurse clinics at both the St Austell and Lostwithiel branches, runs puppy pre school at the King’s Avenue, St Austell branch, assists our Veterinary Behaviourist, Emma Brown, with her follow up consultations which can include going on visits from one end of the county to the other, as well as other veterinary nursing duties.

Becks is married and has a daughter, they currently share a house with four dogs and two cats as well as dogs that come to stay for their holidays, so it is a very busy household! Her passion is dog behaviour and can always be found reading a book on it. Becks is currently completing Sarah Whitehead’s Think!Dog Advanced Behaviour Course and believes there is always something new to learn.
