Repeat Prescriptions

If your pet has regular repeat medications (including flea and worm treatment) you can use the form below to place a request or give us a call at one of the branches.

Please allow at least 48hrs notice before coming to collect your prescription to enable us to correctly and safely prepare it for you. In some cases, where we need to order in the product from our supplier this may take a bit more time. If your pet is unwell or you have run out of medication and require it urgently please ring the surgery.

It is our policy to re-assess an animal requiring repeat prescriptions every 3 - 6months but this may vary with individual circumstances. We will contact you to arrange an appointment if this is the case.

We take your pets health very seriously, so as a licensed supplier of veterinary medicines governed by The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Medicines Directorate, we are unable to accept returns of prescribed medications. To ensure the safety of any animals involved, we are not able to refund or re-use medication that has left the building due to the inability to provide proof of the storage conditions. We suggest you only order the medication you require and avoid ordering large quantities in the event that your pets requirements change.
